LAUGSF Gas PLC is actively participate in four sectors namely energy, Leisure, services and property. Under the Energy sector LAUGFS Gas PLC engaged in the operations of importation, storage, filling, distribution and sale of LPG for domestic, industrial and auto gas users. The company has an island wide sales network of distributors and dealers and the total LPG market in the country is presently shared with one player. The company under its services sector engaged with the testing and certification of vehicle emissions. Under the leisure sector having managed the hotels all these years, the company currently engaged in constructing the state of the art small luxury hotel in Chilaw. Also in the property development sector it is now engaged in constructing a seven storied building complex at Maya Avenue Colombo 6 In the year 2011 LAUGFS Gas PLC recorded Rs.7.3 billion revenue, generating Rs.1.0 billion profits before tax.
